  • What states does Valtio support for daycare enrollment?
    Currently, Valtio supports early childhood care providers in Massachusetts. We'll be supporting new states every month, so check the list often! Would you like to see your state prioritized? If so, please reach out to and let us know.
  • Why do you need my date of birth?
    Valtio uses this information to verify your identity when you interact with our support staff as well when you share documents with businesses.
  • What types of documents can I store on Valtio?
    Valtio support the upload and storage of images files in the JPEG, PNG, or HEIC formats as well as PDF documents.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Valtio doesn't utilize the traditional username and password log in mechanism, instead it leverages what is known as Passwordless authentication. This is a log in mechanism where a new unique code is generate on each log in attempt that is sent to either your email or your phone number (via text message). This helps avoid issues with stolen passwords and hacked user accounts. Best of all, there are no passwords to reset!
  • Why do I need to set a Security PIN?
    In order to access sensitive data such as your documents or details of sharing requests between you and a business, Valtio requires that you first set a security PIN and provide this PIN to unlock those sections. This extra layer of security helps secure your sensitive data even in the event that your account is compromised.
  • How can I delete my Valtio account?
    Please email to initiate the process of deleting your Valtio account.
